In alignment with LAUSD’s Strategic Plan, Hamilton’s Principal and Assistant Principals desire to lead a school that embodies the district's pillars and priorities: Academic Excellence, Joy and Wellness, Engagement and Collaboration, Operational Effectiveness, and Investing in Staff. Working together as a cohesive support system allows the team to guide their departments and small learning communities highlighting high-quality instruction centered on student engagement and building relationships.
