Counselors

The Hamilton Counseling Team works to create a culture of success for all students with a goal of 100% Graduation. They focus on three areas to support students: Academic Achievement, Personal & Social Development and College & Career Planning.

Counselors work closely with students, families and staff to provide targeted help in ensuring all students earn a C or better and have the school experiences and knowledge needed to be Career and College Ready!  Counselors can provide referrals to tutoring, mental health support and information about all post-secondary options, including trade school, Community College and 4 year Colleges and Universities.

Counselors regularly visit classrooms to provide information, meet with Home bases and can provide individualized support to families by appointment. All Hamilton High School students and families can expect to have an IGP (Individualized Graduation Plan) meeting/update each year.
